- How does the message quota work?
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations you can send. Anything above your quota is billed as metered overage at the per-1,000 rate shown on your plan — you are never blocked mid-campaign on paid plans.
- Does Chatigo charge WhatsApp's fees too?
- Meta charges its own per-conversation fees through the WhatsApp Cloud API, billed separately to your Meta account. Chatigo's price covers the platform; your Meta usage is between you and Meta.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle and your remaining quota is prorated.
- What happens after the trial?
- The 14-day trial on Growth and Scale is full-featured. When it ends you can pick a paid plan or drop to Starter — your contacts and templates stay put.
