1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Chatigo account or using the service, you agree to these placeholder terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms will be finalized before public availability.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Chatigo only to message contacts who have opted in to hear from you, in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your contact consent records accurate.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

Chatigo sends messages through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Your use is also subject to Meta’s terms, and Meta may bill you directly for conversation fees. Chatigo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

4. Billing

Paid plans include a monthly message quota with metered overage. Prices shown across the site are placeholders and subject to change. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
