We collect the account details you provide (name, email), the contacts and templates you upload, and operational data such as campaign delivery and read status. This placeholder describes the intended scope only.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver your campaigns through the WhatsApp Cloud API, show you delivery tracking, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your contact data.
Your contacts
You are the controller of the contact lists you import. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and opt-in consent to message them. You can export or delete your contacts at any time.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your contacts and campaign data within a reasonable period, except where law requires us to retain it.
